Iruvaathane Ministries (Formally Knows as St. Peter's Karnataka Village Ministries) It was found by Bro. George Wilson and Mrs. Shirley George in 2001. Obeying the call of God, they continue to reach out to every corner of the state of Karnataka, India.

​

Bro. George Wilson was born in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. During his early career years, he worked in Dubai for four years. During this time, there was always a longing to return back to India. Obeying the call of God he returned to Bangalore, thereafter.

​

During this time, he immersed himself in prayer, seeking God’s holy will. Soon, God revealed a vision to him to start a funeral undertakers business.

He took the step of faith and began the enterprise St. Peter's Funeral Undertakers www.stput.com in 1999; which has been doing extremely well since its inception. From humble beginnings and myriad struggles, by the grace of God, St. Peter's Funeral Undertakers has grown from strength to strength into a well-known establishment in Bangalore today.

In 2006, God called Bro. George Wilson to preach the gospel in the remote villages of Karnataka, where the name of Jesus had never been heard. Bro. George Wilson, his industrious wife Shirley, and two children, Katherine Annie Wilson and Edward Ephraim Wilson moved as a family, across the various districts of Karnataka, taking with them the name and glory of God.

They began by their Ministry by Preaching, Teaching and Empowering Pastors to carry out their great mission. They continue to distribute Bibles, Christian Literature and Audio CDs (Vol. 1-15) and Video DVDs (Vol. 1-5) free of cost. This approach of gifting spiritual material has begun to transform lives.

God has also endowed Bro. George Wilson with the anointed preaching the Word of God, often with humorous with a gift of worship Ministry through songs and music. He has produced and sung numerous songs in the Kannada language. 

​

By the will of God, Bro. George Wilson plans to produce many more albums as he can reach out to the Kannada speaking people especially in the villages of Karnataka where the gospel is unheard of.

 

In these areas, preaching the gospels is also very difficult.

For the harvest is surely plenty and the laborers a very few. The Lord has put a great desire in Bro. George Wilson's heart to expand this village ministries and reach out further into the remotest parts of Karnataka.
